Analisis Kualitatif Kebijakan Pengembangan Produk FinTech dalam Meningkatkan Akses Keuangan dan Perilaku Konsumen di Indonesia

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat sektor teknologi finansial (FinTech) telah mengubah lanskap keuangan di Indonesia, menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan inklusi keuangan dan membentuk perilaku konsumen. Studi ini menyajikan analisis kualitatif terhadap kebijakan pengembangan produk FinTech di Indonesia, mengkaji implementasi dan dampaknya terhadap akses keuangan dan perilaku konsumen. Wawancara mendalam dengan para pemangku kepentingan utama, termasuk perusahaan FinTech, otoritas pengawas, dan konsumen, menjelaskan lanskap kebijakan yang dinamis, tantangan kepatuhan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan, dampak positif terhadap perluasan akses keuangan, dan peran kebijakan dalam membentuk perilaku konsumen yang bertanggung jawab. Temuan-temuan tersebut menyoroti pentingnya kebijakan adaptif yang menyeimbangkan inovasi dengan ketegasan peraturan, mendorong lingkungan yang kondusif untuk pertumbuhan Tekfin sekaligus memastikan perlindungan konsumen. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi wawasan yang berharga bagi para pembuat kebijakan, otoritas pengawas, perusahaan FinTech, dan konsumen dalam menavigasi lanskap layanan keuangan digital yang terus berkembang di Indonesia.
