Teknologi Baru Dalam Fintech Untuk Keuangan Pariwisata: Tinjauan Analisis Bibliometrik
Main Article Content
Abstract
The convergence of financial technology (FinTech) and financial innovation has massively transformed the tourism ecosystem, but the literature mapping the systematic integration of the two fields remains limited and fragmented. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to map intellectual evolution and identify future trends of emerging FinTech technologies in tourism finance. Using data extracted from the Scopus database for the period 2021–2025 (n = 458 articles), this study applies a co-occurrence analysis technique through VOSviewer to visualise the global knowledge structure. The results show a significant surge in publications in 2023–2024, with the identification of four main clusters: innovation-based digital transformation, smart tourism development, sustainability principles, and disruptive technologies such as Blockchain and AI. These findings reveal a paradigm shift from technology adoption towards complex digital ecosystem governance. This study provides strategic insights for policymakers in developing inclusive and accountable digital financial regulatory frameworks and concludes with a future research agenda focused on immersive technology and the Metaverse to strengthen the economic resilience of the global tourism sector.
