Tinjauan Hukum Pidana: Eksplorasi Bibliometrik tentang Perkembangan dan Inovasi Riset

Abstract
Makalah penelitian ini menyajikan eksplorasi bibliometrik yang komprehensif mengenai perkembangan dan inovasi penelitian hukum pidana. Dengan menganalisis beragam publikasi ilmiah dari tahun 1979 hingga saat ini, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik bibliometrik dan analisis VOSviewer untuk mengungkap tren utama, pola kolaborasi, dan pergeseran tematik di dalam bidang ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya beberapa kelompok topik penelitian yang berbeda, termasuk peradilan pidana, hukum internasional, strategi pertahanan, dan mekanisme pencegahan. Penulis yang produktif, lembaga-lembaga yang berpengaruh, dan kolaborasi interdisipliner diidentifikasi, yang mencerminkan sifat multidisipliner dari keilmuan hukum pidana. Analisis kemunculan kata kunci menyoroti keprihatinan yang berkembang di bidang ini, mulai dari hukum pidana internasional hingga isu-isu kriminalisasi dan pencegahan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang bagaimana hukum pidana beradaptasi dengan perubahan sosial, kemajuan teknologi, dan tantangan yang muncul, sehingga menginformasikan arah penelitian di masa depan dan pertimbangan kebijakan.
