Tinjauan Yuridis Penggunaan Digital Justice untuk Akuntabilitas dan Efisiensi Sistem Peradilan di Indonesia

Abstract
Integrasi peradilan digital di Indonesia telah muncul sebagai pendekatan transformatif untuk mengatasi tantangan yang telah lama ada di dalam sistem peradilan, seperti inefisiensi, aksesibilitas yang terbatas, dan kekhawatiran akan transparansi. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi peradilan digital melalui analisis yuridis normatif, dengan fokus pada dampaknya terhadap akuntabilitas dan efisiensi peradilan. Penelitian ini menyoroti kerangka hukum yang mendasari peradilan digital, termasuk peraturan dan kebijakan utama, sambil mengidentifikasi kekuatannya, seperti peningkatan transparansi, pengurangan penundaan prosedural, dan penghematan biaya. Namun, masih ada beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk kesenjangan digital, masalah keamanan data, dan kesenjangan peraturan. Dengan mengacu pada praktik-praktik terbaik global dan menyelaraskan inisiatif peradilan digital dengan prinsip-prinsip konstitusional, studi ini memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk mengoptimalkan efektivitas peradilan digital di Indonesia. Temuan-temuan ini berkontribusi pada wacana yang lebih luas tentang modernisasi sistem peradilan dengan tetap menjunjung tinggi keadilan dan inklusivitas.
