Etika dan Hukum dalam Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence terhadap Privasi Digital di Indonesia

Abstract
Perkembangan pesat kecerdasan buatan (AI) menimbulkan tantangan signifikan terhadap privasi digital di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Studi ini mengeksplorasi dimensi etis dan hukum dampak AI terhadap privasi digital dalam konteks Indonesia, dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa kerangka hukum Indonesia saat ini, seperti Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (PDP) 2022 dan Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE), menyediakan landasan dasar untuk perlindungan privasi digital namun belum mengatur secara spesifik isu-isu terkait AI seperti pengambilan keputusan otomatis dan akuntabilitas algoritma. Pertimbangan etika, termasuk transparansi, keadilan, dan penghormatan terhadap hak asasi manusia, masih kurang dieksplorasi dalam kebijakan Indonesia yang mengatur AI. Dengan membandingkan lanskap hukum Indonesia dengan praktik terbaik global, studi ini mengidentifikasi celah kritis dan memberikan rekomendasi, termasuk pengembangan undang-undang khusus AI, integrasi standar etika, dan promosi literasi digital. Temuan ini bertujuan untuk berkontribusi pada tata kelola AI yang bertanggung jawab, menyeimbangkan inovasi dengan perlindungan privasi digital di Indonesia.
