Analisis Pengaruh Pendidikan, Pelatihan, dan Dukungan Kelembagaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Mikro

Abstract
Studi penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan, dan dukungan kelembagaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro di Kota Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel sebanyak 500 usaha mikro dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik multistage cluster sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui survei terstruktur yang diberikan kepada pemilik dan karyawan usaha mikro, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari lembaga pemerintah terkait dan laporan industri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan, pelatihan, dan dukungan institusional secara signifikan berdampak pada keberhasilan usaha mikro. Tingkat pendidikan yang lebih tinggi di antara pemilik usaha mikro dikaitkan dengan kinerja keuangan, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan daya saing pasar yang lebih baik. Program pelatihan ditemukan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, inovasi, dan kinerja usaha mikro secara keseluruhan. Mengakses dukungan kelembagaan, seperti bantuan keuangan, layanan pengembangan bisnis, dan kerangka kerja peraturan yang mendukung, berkontribusi pada tingkat kinerja keuangan, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan daya saing pasar yang lebih tinggi. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa para pembuat kebijakan dan pemangku kepentingan harus memprioritaskan inisiatif yang meningkatkan akses terhadap peluang pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi pemilik dan karyawan usaha mikro. Selain itu, upaya-upaya harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan sistem dukungan kelembagaan, termasuk menyediakan sumber daya keuangan, program pendampingan, dan prosedur peraturan yang efisien.
