Pengaruh Persepsi Masyarakat, Identitas Budaya dan Tingkat Akulturasi pada Proses Adaptasi Migran Rohingya di Lingkungan Baru Aceh, Indonesia

Abstract
Penelitian ini menyelidiki dinamika kompleks yang mempengaruhi proses adaptasi migran Rohingya di lingkungan baru di Aceh, Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara persepsi masyarakat, identitas budaya, tingkat akulturasi, dan proses adaptasi dengan menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural. Temuan menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan, yang menekankan peran penting dari lingkungan tuan rumah, identitas budaya, persepsi masyarakat, dan proses akulturasi dalam membentuk hasil adaptasi. Model ini menunjukkan kecocokan yang baik, memberikan kerangka kerja yang kuat untuk memahami berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi pengalaman migran Rohingya. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi wawasan yang berharga bagi pembuat kebijakan, praktisi, dan peneliti yang terlibat dalam mendorong hasil adaptasi yang positif bagi komunitas migran.
