Pengaruh Sumber Informasi dan Interaksi Sosial di Media Sosial terhadap Pembentukan Opini Politik Masyarakat di Indonesia

Abstract
Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi interaksi yang rumit antara sumber informasi dan interaksi sosial dalam pembentukan opini politik publik di Indonesia melalui analisis kuantitatif. Sampel yang terdiri dari 184 responden yang mewakili berbagai demografi berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh sumber informasi, termasuk media sosial, media tradisional, dan situs web berita, terhadap opini politik. Selain itu, dampak dari variabel interaksi sosial seperti partisipasi dalam diskusi politik, berbagi konten politik, dan keterlibatan dalam komunitas online juga diteliti. Temuan menunjukkan dominasi media sosial sebagai sumber utama informasi politik, dengan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara paparan media sosial dan opini politik. Media tradisional menunjukkan hubungan negatif, yang mengindikasikan adanya perubahan dinamika dalam konsumsi informasi. Selain itu, interaksi sosial yang aktif di platform digital berhubungan positif dengan pembentukan opini politik. Studi ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang lanskap sosial-politik yang berkembang di Indonesia dan memiliki implikasi bagi para pembuat kebijakan, praktisi media, dan platform media sosial.
