Efektivitas Mewarnai Mandala Untuk Menurunkan Gejala Stres Pasca Trauma (PTSD) Pada Penyintas Gempa Sulawesi Barat

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektitivitas mewarnai mandala untuk menurunkan gejala stres pasca trauma pada penyintas gempa Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian the untreated control group design with dependent pretest and posttest samples. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita berusia 19-23 tahun yang memiliki gejala stres pasca trauma (N=10) yang terbagi kedalam dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok kontrol (N=5) dan kelompok eksperimen (N=5). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Impact of Event Scale-Revised (IES-R). Teknik analisis data menggunakan Mann-Whitney dan Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode mewarnai mandala efektif untuk menurunkan gejala stres pasca trauma (ρ=0,008) dengan efek sebesar 1,000 dan masuk pada kategori besar. Ada perbedaan skor gejala stres pasca trauma pada kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan (M=40,800,ρ=0,031) dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan perlakuan (M=73,400,ρ=0,574).
