Memahami Praktik Rotasi Pekerjaan: Tinjauan Sistematis atas Literatur tentang Adaptabilitas Karyawan, Pengembangan Pelatihan, dan Hasil Kinerja

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara rotasi pekerjaan, adaptabilitas karyawan, pengembangan pelatihan, dan hasil kinerja melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review terhadap 65 artikel terindeks Scopus yang diterbitkan pada periode 2020–2025. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rotasi pekerjaan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan adaptif, pembelajaran lintas fungsi, dan kinerja karyawan apabila didukung oleh pelatihan yang terstruktur serta budaya organisasi yang mendukung pembelajaran. Namun, efektivitasnya sangat bergantung pada faktor kontekstual seperti motivasi, dukungan manajerial, dan kesesuaian individu dengan pekerjaan. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi antara rotasi pekerjaan dan program pengembangan pelatihan adaptif sebagai strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk memperkuat kinerja dan daya saing organisasi di era perubahan yang dinamis.
