Transformasi Pariwisata Halal sebagai Penggerak Ekonomi Hijau dan Berkelanjutan Berbasis Maqashid Syariah

Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji transformasi pariwisata halal sebagai penggerak ekonomi hijau dan berkelanjutan berbasis Maqashid al-Sharia di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara Transformasi Pariwisata Halal, Maqashid al-Sharia, Ekonomi Hijau, dan Ekonomi Berkelanjutan. Desain penelitian kuantitatif digunakan melalui survei cross-sectional yang melibatkan 100 responden yang memiliki pengalaman mengunjungi destinasi pariwisata halal di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur menggunakan skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Model pengukuran menunjukkan tingkat reliabilitas dan validitas yang memadai, termasuk Composite Reliability. Hasil model struktural menunjukkan bahwa Transformasi Pariwisata Halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Ekonomi Hijau, Maqashid al-Sharia, dan Ekonomi Berkelanjutan. Maqashid al-Sharia juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Ekonomi Hijau dan Ekonomi Berkelanjutan, sedangkan Ekonomi Hijau berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Ekonomi Berkelanjutan. Model tersebut mampu menjelaskan 71,2% varians pada Ekonomi Berkelanjutan serta menunjukkan relevansi prediktif dan kesesuaian model yang memadai. Analisis mediasi lebih lanjut mengonfirmasi bahwa Maqashid al-Sharia dan Ekonomi Hijau secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh Transformasi Pariwisata Halal terhadap Ekonomi Berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pariwisata halal yang berkelanjutan memerlukan lebih dari sekadar sertifikasi halal dan layanan ramah Muslim. Pengembangannya harus mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai etika Islam, pelestarian lingkungan, efisiensi sumber daya, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoretis dan praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan, pengelola pariwisata, pemerintah daerah, dan pelaku usaha dalam mengembangkan destinasi pariwisata halal yang kompetitif, bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan, dan inklusif secara sosial di Indonesia.
